While I am new to Ford I love my new Escape and the people are friendly. I will say I have never received a call from the guy I bought from to see how I was liking my new vehicle. I had my first oil change last week and I was surprised that they don’t vacuum or wash your car. I have always had these services from other dealers. I’m hoping it’s because they are under construction. I would hate to think I would not go back to purchase another vehicle.

Big shout out to Brian in the service department .. Thank you for all you did to correct the problem with my car. Tough repair but you hung in there until it was completed. The customer service was off the chart. Amazing service thank you! I give you a solid ten for your service.
I had 2 cars to inspect this week. The Service Department was able to get me in during the same week. The 2009 Ford Focus needed an oil change, etc., along with some odds and ends to successfully pass inspection. It all got done in the same day. My 2018 Ford Ecosport needed an oil change and inspection and all was done on a different day and it was done quickly. I want to give the Service Department 5 stairs.
