Takes way to long to get anything done. Should never ever take 3 hours for medication. Too much focus on money, not enough on patient care

Yo! The parking lot on Howard next to the physicians building. Charge me 3 dollars for 6 minute of parking. Then I said to the lady isn’t there a 15 minute grace period she said no. I said miss I was here 4 weeks ago and it’s was 10 minutes after the hours and the other lady did not charge me 3 dollars for 10 minutes. I then said I wonder if I put the ticket in the machine will it charge me the extra 3 dollars for 6 months minutes. So I paid the 6 dollars and told your ripping people off and left. This hospital and all at Smilow Cancer center are amazing! Could not recommend more highly.
This is not our first visit, once again the entire staff have been absolutely amazing.. The staff in the ER were reassuring and so pleasant t. Our Third visit to the cardiac floor 5-2 in the past three months and once again everyone on the floor has been absolutely amazing. They are knowledgeable and caring. Unfortunately we have to be here ,but, thankfully we are here and once again my husbands life will be saved. Thank You.John and Laura Flaherty
I had Hemispherctomy surgery right side of the brain when I was 18 by Dr. Dennis Spencer. Yale did amazing job and save my life. I have no seizures since 2008. I was supposed to stay there for three days in ICU but ended up staying twenty days bc I was so sick. The staff were amazing
Been there many times, we are very happy with them.
