More than 24 hours and I am still Sitting in the Emergency Room with my 76 year old mother who fell yesterday morning in the bathroom and broke both her foot on the left and her leg on the right. They are trying to say she can’t be admitted and could only be observed. She won’t qualify for rehab and if we want her to go we will have to pay out of pocket. But they will admit all the drug addicts that overdose on the new haven green!!!! WTF is wrong with our health care system and Yale!!!
Y’all need to investigate “Dr.” John Roberts!!!!! He’s disgusting! Lacks compassion, empathy and knowledge! Has a very nasty attitude and demeanor. Racist, bigot amongst other things!
If Dr. John Roberts is still treating Sickle Cell patients as they were drug addicts, and falsely making claims on patients.....Neither I or my family will step foot into that hospital!! As a doctor how can you have such a disregard over someone who is suffering in pain in front of your eyes??! There is more to this and soon everyone will understand what kind of a “doctor” you really are.

I receive all of my medical care at Yale New Haven Hospital.
I received excellent care and EVERYONE was friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty. I was on Smilow 15th floor. Nobody wants to be in the hospital, but if I have to, I want to be there.
The staff is professional compassionate and caring. I never dreamed my daughter would be diagnosed with cancer. Smilow center provided knowledge and understanding of what the patient is feeling. I highly recommend this hospital if your looking for very intelligent caring professionals to care for your loved one. Thank you to The entire team on the 7th floor. During our tiring days we were treated with respect along with a smile starting with the reception area!
Caring and helpful. I feel they have the best doctors and awesome facilities.
