I came into this hospital with a kidney stone lodged. I was in severe pain. My husband and I were in the area bc of truck driving job. I was VERY impressed with the friendliness, courtesy, knowledge and care that the staff here provided, including interns, doctors, nurses, anaesthesia dept, labs, registration etc. If I had to return , I would! Hopefully not for a kidney stone surgery though. !!
There are no words for their gross negligence and incompetence. Do not walk away from this hospital and all of their affiliates, RUN.
This is my second eye procedure at Yale. I cannot say enough about the generous and caring staff all around. The place is spotless and they do everything to make you feel comfortable and safe. I prefer to never have to go back but if I do I will make sure I come here. God bless all of them.
currently diagnosed with cancer was admitted on Friday 20 due to side effects of my chemo therapy,,I wanna say the the Nurses,PCA,Dr on Flr Mp15 were amazing,, shout out at my Nurse Cory ,Liz and my PCA Kristen who went above and beyond to make me comfortable an showed me love and support,, I will continue to fight this battle but knowing I have ppl like that is just great thanks ladies
I remember I had my surgery for my eyes 👀 when I was in the OR room. But I gotta say that the staff there and even the surgeons are awesome 😎. That’s what I love ❤️ about my hospital 🏥.
Be careful of this hospital my brother died 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received his personal property they lost and can’t find his wallet that was in there safe and been getting the run around now for 3 weeks with no answers the CEO marna don’t return phone calls just sad you put trust in a hospital for our loved ones and this is how they treat people very sad

When my husband had his stroke over a year ago, the doctors took quick action and EVERYONE was so pleasant and sweet and thorough. He spent 8 days there and I can’t complain about one nurse, tech, or doctor. I can’t thank them enough for the care they took with my husband!
