After seeing the video of DrJohn Roberts' treatment of a sickle cell patient in your facility, I would not recommend that anyone who has any type of chronic illness go here unless they enjoy being abused, degraded and belittled by a doctor, until Dr. Roberts has his employment terminated and his license revoked. even then, knowing that this facility attempted to sweep this incident under the rug and continued to let him treat patients, it's extremely disturbing and disappointing.
RecommendedYale New Haven Hospital is in my opinion the best hospital there is. My mother was admitted into the ICU in May of this year and she received better than the best care possible. The doctor's nurse's and staff we're very kind and patient with my mother and our big loud Italian family. My whole family would recommend Yale.
This hospital is not for fair treatment of sickle cell patients. I believe they should be trained on ways to treat patients who value their lives.
