Never!!!!!!! My father went in and never came out!!! They pushed and pushed him into getting prepped and tested for heart transplant, and it went all downhill from there. He was living a normal life before he listened to them and agreed to move forward with their “testing”... well, he ended up having a massive stroke while under 24-7 (so they claim) observation in the CCU. Brain dead on their watch. Will never forgive that hospital.

Our experience was as pleasant as a hospital stay could be. The staff on the cardiac wing (5-2) showed complete professionalism and compassion.

i was so appreciative of the staff today during my sister's surgery. i would like to recognize Dr. Blume, Marcia in the surgery family suite, Marilyn with her wonderful glasses at the pre op desk and Shana Kessler in the PACU. thank you all for you attentiveness to my ONLY sister on her thousandth surgery ay Yale. you were all so accommodating. from the bottom of my heart i truly admire you all. One of the best hospitals in CT. Only problem I've found with them is that it's so big I had a difficult time navigating and finding the right parking garage to park in. I've given birth to two of my children here and my newest grandchildren were born here also. I would definitely recommend Yale to all!
