My husband Mark has been in your hospital since Saturday night since he got dizzy and fell backwards down the stairs. Seems like y’all are dragging your feet, as you still have no answers as to what’s going on to cause his dizziness and low blood pressure. He seems to be doing worse since he’s got there!! I don’t know, with a team of 6-8 doctors on his case, you’d think one of them would have a clue on what’s causing it.
My husband and I are Currently in the ER alone! I feel like this is a problem? No doctors, no nurses, no other patients. No one has even acknowledged us in 2.5 hours. And he’s getting admitted!!! Is this a joke? I expect more from Yale?

Wow we have been in the emergency room 3 hours and the nurse has literally done nothing but play on her phone and eat crackers with peanut butter. Nasty attitude run to another hospital not walk
I have been waiting 4 hours and not one nurse ask if i was ok knowing my situation is serious place is bull shit
Everyone that is pros at this hospital is kind, caring, knowledgeable, loving, and out to give you the best medical help!
All within 6 months, my husband had open heart surgery at Yale and I gave birth to our son. We couldn’t have had a better experience for either. The staff in the CTICU was amazing as well as in labor and delivery. I wouldn’t trust any other hospital for the quality of care and medical expertise that Yale provides. So grateful every day that my husband has a functioning heart and we have a beautiful and healthy baby boy.
Jean Heagy Just now · WEll, it's over, I've had the biopsy and now we wait and see. It was a long day, got there at 11 am, due for surgery at 12:30 but got postponed. Did not get home til after 6. That being said, it was one of the most rewarding experiences. My husband, daugnter and son-in-law accompanied me and agreed. The people who walked me through this procedure were the most wonderful, kind folks I've ever met. I will never forget. They turned a stressful time to one of assurance and kindness.
