Did anyone else notice they got rid of all their wax specialists/ estheticians except the owner ? Love XWax and always had stellar service here. But I was really sad when my regular wax specialist left and even the other girls that worked here were I believe all let go. I’m really sad because I really loved how close this place is and convenient for me.
