Absolutely shocking customer service! They don’t do all hair and they will charge you as they please regardless of their price list. I spoke to them over phone, made an appointment, was given a price but when I turned up I was told “we don’t do you hair type and we definitely would charge you more even if we did”. Basically they don’t do curly/black hair and was really rude about it. I think they should just say so on their website and stop wasting people’s time! 😡

I had a great experience at Xtrim. Zeel did a great job with my waxing - she was understanding, professional and very efficient. It was done quickly and the prices are reasonable. Will definitely come again!

I had great service last week. Perfect hair cut and below dry, exactly as I wanted. Fast service and great results for a very good price. I will come back fir sure.

I have had eyelash lifts and tint by both Zeel and Mita. Both times the results were incredible. The customer service is amazing, they are kind and experienced, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I would certainly recommend!
