RecommendedI loveXsport but this past Sunday had a disgusting experience. As I was on my class two roaches came out of the weight room!!! Somebody needs to do a deep cleaning and had an exterminator taking care of this! It’s really unacceptable knowing that the gym also prepares food there and you have an infestation going on.
I have been a long time member of xsport. Spent alot of money on training sessions and xit classes over the years. Trainers and group fitness instructors are awesome. I have a major Problem with corporate. Yesterday my parked car was hit in lot ( no note left) causing $1400 damage. Police report filed. Corporate will only release security tapes at police request, not member request. Was told by staff That cameras probably wont cover area I was parked. This is not the first incident in this lot. Excelente lugar
This was first time at this location in a while. Same thing as last time. Bathroom and locker rooms were gross. At one station no cleaner to clean the machine after using it. Walk to another and no paper towels. Half of the treadmills weren’t in working order. Really disappointing. Distracted employees when you try to bring it to attention. Trying to figure out why I’m paying almost $40 a month. Might need to reconsider taking up the free gym membership through my work at L.A fitness.
Never even been here myself nor will I even come here after seeing employees messaging customers telling them they aren’t allowed to go into the gym and also calling them names like P****y, telling them they made a big seen so no one wants them there. I don’t care if you have a problem with anyone that comes into your work but to send messages to customers? Is that even legal � glad to never be scammed by this place and then threaten afterwards what garbage
Bathrooms lacked cleaning smelled like sewer in Vegas and several machines out of order. I go to Downers Grove one completely different and this reminded me of a LA Fatness gym
