Not the cleanest locker room but not the worst one I've used. To many members leaving their locks on the full sized lockers. I got to the club at 3:15 am and 80% of the full sized lockers had locks on them.
Xsports kept charging my card even after cancellation of their services. This has happened twice to me now with Xsports in Naperville.
I found a used condom by the rehab pool! I have seen two men doing things in the steam room! Keep that stuff behind doors please! I'm done going there that is fing gross!
All these hidden fees are rediculous and the managers are never available when u need them.
It has improved in the last 2 months, updated machines, sauna a little cleaner, screws heads sticking up. Bad water pressure, fountains, sinks, and showers. Staff was friendly.
