Horrible service!! I don't know what I need to do to get a response from these people!! I was told to message them, which I did 2 weeks ago! Then they tell me to send an email detailing my issue, which I also did 2 weeks ago & ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE!! I've spoken to the "manager" in the Naperville location, as well as a "manager" at their "Corporate" Customer Service phone number (which took several attempts to even get through to someone) & NO RESPONSE! UNBELIEVABLE!! I think my next step is to contact an attorney!
I have lost 40 pounds since last September by going to Xsport Fitness center 3 times a week, eat more vegetables, fruits, drink more water and eat smaller amount of meal up to 5 times a day. I love swimming, do yoga in Sauna snd steaming room and Yoga gym for 2 to 3 hours each time. Yes, my secrete to loose weight is to do more work out each time.
Loved the Car and Bike show hosted by this xsport! They even brought in Chicago United Riders for the stunt show! AWESOME! The gym looks great inside too! Well maintained, polite staff and new equipment!
Brand new equipment I love it open 24 hours and a lot of classes
I had a bad experience at this gym. They purchased new equipment recently, some of which is inferior to their old equipment. When trying to add weights to one of the machines I was told it was dangerous and if I did it again, I "could be kicked out." At this point I don't see myself coming back.
People are very friendly! Great new machines. Excellent trainers and clAsses! Massage staff awesome also!
Managers mike and Steve are wonderful , they keep the facility well maintained !!!! Keep them around !!!!!! Keep new equipment coming!!!
