I worked with the GM Mike Green. I loved the fact that he didn't try to sell me but learned what I was looking for in a gym and inform me how this location would meet my needs. He helped me find a plan that was economical. I'm excited to get back on track at XSport Naperville!
My sister & I worked with the GM Mike Green today for our membership. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us tremendously! I would recommended him all the time to anyone looking to join.
Terrible, crazy busy at peak hours and then some genius thought it'd be a good idea to buy all new equipment but then leave out about 20% of what they use to have. Nothing like waiting in line to use equipment or fighting people off for what you're using. Total shitshow
Been a member here for since it opened, they continue to hire uneducated management. For some reason everyone trainer and employee there thinks they are better than everyone else. The locker room is disgusting. Basketball court is never swept, always fights. They even have some security now because it was getting so bad. I never would recommend this place to anyone.
Always open always clean. Huge locker rooms great protein shakes as well!
One of the top notch x-sports fitnesses I've ever been too! Super clean and friendly environment! Wasn't harassed by any employee to have my girl get a membership when I brought her as a guest. Greeted by everyone with smiles. Also like they don't have d-bags over there throwing weights around thinking they're tough/hot shit. Great work! �
By far one of the best & cleanest XSport locations I have visited in the Chicagoland area! The new manager + front desk staff do a fantastic job at keeping the place rolling while also emphasizing & displaying customer service, which is out of this world. Not to mention that every time I come in, I know I'm going to be treated like family. I never have any issues whenever I bring in guests, & they always tend to their needs as well.
