All the staff is amazing! I go everyday and everyone is so helpful!
I absolutely HATE the fact that this location has Fox News playing loudly on EVERY TV in the men's locker room and most of the TV's in the facility. I bring my own headsets, and I tend to tune out the outside world during the workout, but I still find myself having to endure this partisan (and based on data, clearly racially specific) promotional propaganda running in just about every corner of the gym. Have a great staff. everything is good and it's very clean and they always doing the job right I love it
Management in this location is extremely poor. The PT staff needs an overhaul. Some are way to caught up on their appearance, their phones, and or sitting their ass on another machine watching their client workout. This place lacks professionalism and the most basic of customer service. Shape up and straighten your caps and stop looking like a sloppy mess. Try to use the facilities every know and then. This club has a great staff, they have changed dramatically since the manager joined this location. My only complaint is my guest signing up every time we come in. I bring the same guest lol. Other than that, I'm staying with this club... great energy, positive people
Out dated equipment and all stacked too close together.
