One of the top notch x-sports fitnesses I've ever been too! Super clean and friendly environment! Wasn't harassed by any employee to have my girl get a membership when I brought her as a guest. Greeted by everyone with smiles. Also like they don't have d-bags over there throwing weights around thinking they're tough/hot shit. Great work! �
By far one of the best & cleanest XSport locations I have visited in the Chicagoland area! The new manager + front desk staff do a fantastic job at keeping the place rolling while also emphasizing & displaying customer service, which is out of this world. Not to mention that every time I come in, I know I'm going to be treated like family. I never have any issues whenever I bring in guests, & they always tend to their needs as well. Ouch...went to the gym and was attacked by a paper towel holder. The lazy employee stuck a new roll in and didn't shut it. As I'm walking by jammin to some tunes, the corner catches my forehead. Why is it that they can never fix shit around here? Everything is either broken, torn, or rigged. You would think with millions of members and a full time repairman, these things wouldn't happen. Ayayay...smh

I am beyond LIVID with the customer service. I went in wanting to cancel my husband's membership and we were helped by two employees, one of which told us to have a seat and wait. We waited for 45 minutes until I approached the help desk and asked how much longer it would take, only to be told by another employee that they only do cancelations Monday- Friday's 10am-6pm.
