Good gym, but really bad experience with the membership's contract, impossible to withdraw when you want, and you will always owe money, them will continue to charge you in your credit card because there is no possibility to delete it from the system.

Tried to cancel several times. I fill out a form and they say it will be taken care of. Still getting charged. Every time I go in, someone tells me to come back another day because they aren’t the person who does cancellations and they don’t have access to forms, but when I finally get the form it’s just a blank page that was just sitting around. Customer service does not seem to be a priority at this business.

This is by far WORST “gym” in the area. It’s absolutely filthy and has the worst gym etiquette of any gym I’ve belonged to. The locker room is disgusting as guys urinate on the floor routinely and equipment is covered in people’s sweat since they started up charging for towels. In order to help offset the ever declining membership, they now want to charge me an additional $20/month to get a towel. Why? Only for the privilege of using all the broken equipment?
