This place has everything. Staff is cool. Not much else I'm looking for in a gym besides these things.
I work customer service and I wish the employees here were a bit friendlier. I never get greeted at the entrance, or am I the only one that greets people that come into my business? They got rid of the towels and it's a bit cleaner now. Still need a bit of work. I don't blame the staff entirely, because the members have a lot to do as well. I've been coming for the past 4 years and I do like it here. Just those few things to work on.

The manager here don’t have any customer service. I bought a preworkout supplement when I got to the gym. The bottle said $29.99 but they ring me for $39.99. Why I questioned, the manager just said that was the right price. I replied then that is false advertisement. He didn’t apologize for the honest mistake they made but instead he asked me if I just want to return it or change it. I said I’ll just return it. The facilities are not well maintained. Equipment is everywhere and employees act like it is above them to put things away. You automatically become a lifelong member because canceling is just not allowed. No responses from the general manager via email, no response from the website for feedback requesting someone to contact me, and the person answering the corporate phone is rude and provided inaccurate information. Best of luck! And they will also charge you $10 to cancel.
