Very very Bad experience. Will not recommend anyone to use the Naperville branch. 1. Sales team hid price details, misguided us and were rude 2. Customer service was very bad, there was no help at any level 3. The Customer care phone number is useless, keep you waiting for hours and still don't help There is no transparency and sales rep and customer service reps are very rude and not helpful. I have never experienced such a bad service ever. Highly disappointed.

Equipment is good, staff is friendly but the locker rooms are overcrowded and bathrooms are nasty and gross. If you are looking for just a workout facility with no additional bells and whistles, go for it! Don’t forget to lock your stuff in the locker rooms. My teenage son had his expensive sweatshirt and car keys got stolen.
