Cancelation process is a joke. Staff should honestly be ashamed with their signing up process. It needs to be stated verbally during the signing up process the amount of hoops that you need to jump through to cancel and get a refund. I was told I could get a refund within 30 days of signing up if I didn't like it. Was never told I had to check in four times and do a personal training session. Gym is a joke. Best equipment in the area. Great staff that is always available.
Each location I visit (as a guest) smells, needs cleaning, needs servicing on numerous items. Locker rooms are gross and most sinks and hair dryers are out of order. Most of the time the hot tub is out of order.
Not bad, but definitely needs routine cleaning in locker rooms. When I first joined, they had towels on a rack to grab, and a bin to toss it in when you were done. Those are gone, I’ll just bring my own, but it’s small things like this makes it less enjoyable experience. If I didn’t live so close, I’d go somewhere else
