Got my car broken into and staff was absolutely of no help. They’re all just busy chit chatting with themselves and doing nothing to help anybody

RecommendedIt’s cheap and has a lot of machines. Has nice locker rooms. Pool and hot tubs are nice. It’s just always super dirty. It’s probably the dirtiest gym I have been in.
I've been a member for 5 years and in the last year I have noticed a bad change, cutting back on service (no more towels) and the the bathrooms are constantly filthy and out of toilet paper...Many of the toilets have cake on fecal matter that sometimes is there for weeks...Currently (as of this morning) one of the bathroom stalls has some fecal matter on the tile wall that has been there for over a week and it is something you can't miss...It is sad that as a company you are allowing such low standards of cleanliness...I cou... read more
When I first signed up they told me I can go to ANY xsport, 2 weeks later i went to another location and they wouldn’t allow me in. I went back to Chicago ridge and asked them why can’t I ? They told me there are 3 locations that you can’t go in. (They did not tell me this when I first signed up) Also when I signed up they took a down payment of $1 . One month later they took additional $50(without telling me) plus 39 monthly . I asked them about the guy that signed me up and they told me they fired him. Definitely cancelled... read more

Recommendedco place to be, better then Piper's Alley. TV monitors at Logan have good sports. Piper's Alley gotta stop,stop, stop having all their monitors on CNN News all the time. the gym is a place to workout and keeping mind and body in good health, not in depressed mode.
