I've been a member of golds gym ( over rated ) and am currently a member of planet fitness. NO comparison hands down. I truly wish XSport Fitness would open up in Texas, it would be a massive take over in the Industry. Cancelation process is a joke. Staff should honestly be ashamed with their signing up process. It needs to be stated verbally during the signing up process the amount of hoops that you need to jump through to cancel and get a refund. I was told I could get a refund within 30 days of signing up if I didn't like it. Was never told I had to check in four times and do a personal training session. Gym is a joke. I have never been less happy with a gym. The manager never stood up once the entire time I saw him there. I came to him... read more
