I had a seven day trial pass and when I went to the place I was told ( after I filled out the form and wait for a while ) that I am not allowed to use the trial pass since I live in Herndon. The guy tried to sell me the monthly membership but I told him I am not signing up until after I try it first. I should have been told that I am not eligible when I filled out the form online for the pass or when I was at the gym so I don't have to waste my time going there. I felt cheated. Each location I visit (as a guest) smells, needs cleaning, needs servicing on numerous items. Locker rooms are gross and most sinks and hair dryers are out of order. Most of the time the hot tub is out of order.
I don’t like this xsport at all The staff is rude it just seems messy. I don’t recommend. Oh and the staff was eating nachos at the front desk

RecommendedThe hours are very convenient, true 24/7. But I'm not a fan of the customer service. locker rooms are okay, probably because I usually go so early. For the price and convenience alone...not bad.
