RecommendedI work customer service and I wish the employees here were a bit friendlier. I never get greeted at the entrance, or am I the only one that greets people that come into my business? They got rid of the towels and it's a bit cleaner now. Still need a bit of work. I don't blame the staff entirely, because the members have a lot to do as well. I've been coming for the past 4 years and I do like it here. Just those few things to work on.
Don’t get me started on the hot tub. Why was it closed for 4 weeks? I wanted to use it and no one told me why. ☠️🍺
It’s small very dirty. The equipment is falling apart and most machines do not function properly. There isn’t much of a selection of equipment at that. A glorified dirty hotel gym. Don’t waste your time.
I would not recommend this "fitness" center for many reasons. Everything that people have been complaining about on here is accurate. Worst place ever to work out at!

RecommendedDropped in a for a few sessions while on holidays here in Chicago, nice gym had all I needed to do my training sessions. Staff were ok and friendly enough.Gym floor bit of a mess with people not reracking weights....but unfortunately that’s an issue with a lot of gyms, all depends on gym management/staff and what they allow and tolerate 🙏
