It NEVER fails for the SAME chick who works front desk to do her job. Every single time I walk in she’s having a conversation, looks at me then continues her conversation. I’m waiting patiently to scan my tag and if I walk away they say something. Might as well leave the scanner out so y’all don’t have to do your job because clearly you don’t like to. RecommendedI start be a member. It's great session with trainer- great exercise. A lot options to do different exercises.👍👍👍👍😊 I see a lot negative comments about price, customer service, etc. but I'll be see how ll be in the future.

It’s one of the best place to do exercise, very clean and a very nice environment.
The staff are not knowledgeable and their customer service is lacking to say the least. I was told I couldn’t return an unused product that I didn’t use with a receipt a few days after it was purchased (not food), I never received a key card to get in the gym, my account wasn’t fully set up for me to access the app before I left after signing up, and AFTER I finally canceled my membership I’m now still being charged! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I signed up for a 2 year membership and was told it was “cancelled” after 1 year. When I called a year ago, a kid answered and said it’s “cancelled” and the only way I can come back is if I pay for a “3rd” year. They are refusing to give me the full 365 days that I’m entitled to. Just got off the phone with “customer service” and the manager from the Massapequa location, Nermeen Azab, never documented my file stating that my second 365 would start at the end of March of this year... read more
