I signed up for an Xsport membership on May 15. The associate who signed me up told me I would pay $1 for my first month of membership. Seven days later I was charged $39.95. On June 15 I was charged $49. I called the site to speak to a manager and waseft on hold for 11 min. I called back and asked to speak to a manager again. I was given a fake name by the associate. They have discontinued the towel service claiming they are going green. I believe a towel is a necessity at a gym and specially if your membership is in the $40 range. I notice many members reconsidering staying at Xsport after this new policy. I definitely will be seeing my options in the next few days.
I went to this gym about 4 years ago and they have been harassing me ENDLESSLY ever since. Frequent calls from multiple numbers because I keep blocking them, spamming my phone with texts, emails, voicemails... IT NEVER STOPS. Do not give them your info unless you want to spend the rest of your life begging to be left alone and being harassed. These people are horrible. Pretty dirty and unkept at this location. None of the barbells were on the racks. I Litteraly saw chicken bones in the shower. Wtf eats wings in the gyms shower? Lol. No spray or paper towels to clean off the machines. But, it's close to home and open 24 /7 so I deal.
RecommendedGreat staff and good price. However, I won’t recommend using the shower there. There’s not enough hot water. The shower valves also need to be fixed.
The manager here don’t have any customer service. I bought a preworkout supplement when I got to the gym. The bottle said $29.99 but they ring me for $39.99. Why I questioned, the manager just said that was the right price. I replied then that is false advertisement. He didn’t apologize for the honest mistake they made but instead he asked me if I just want to return it or change it. I said I’ll just return it.
