Are you doing anything about the old racist security guard?..
Last night I cancelled my membership after a RACIST encounter with the security guard. First, I overheard him talking about black people kneeling for the anthem and his racist thoughts. THEN he targeted young Kids who were in the gym, saying even though they were guests they have to go because of an unwritten rule that it is past 9pm. How dare you guys allow that white racist guy to mistreat people of color because of his own personal family beliefs. It's disgusting to be paying customer and receive that type of service. At no time should anyone be treated this way at your facility nor here in the United States. Individuals like him does not belong in society. If Xsport continue this guys employment we also understand that you condone a racist environment and people of color are not welcome.
Great place... On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday when the usual, "lets train arms and chest" lames aren't around hogging everything and standing around taking selfies in the mirror and trying to impress women they can't get. I went in to exercise for the first time last night. October 9th at 1 in the morning. I hate exercising, but the atmosphere was nice, the guy at the front desk was really nice. He asked how did I enjoy the gym when I was leaving out. Just a really nice and thoughtful guy. I like the fact that the treadmills and exercise bikes had little television attached to them. This made my time exercising easy to deal with. I really enjoyed it.
The only reason this fitness club has my business is because of location. I live close and there are no other alternatives other than Planet Fitness. The shower room is disgusting and always smells like urine, the equipment is old and breaks often, its impossible to find dumbells even at 4am when the gym is empty, and I have had to deal with MULTIPLE personal trainers approaching and flirting with my fiance, on more than one occasion. Tera aqua aerobics keeps getting better. Yesterday was fun and a great workout. 💕💕💕if they had classes every day I would be there!!
