Never would I have thought that cancelling an Xsport member because I moved would be a huge hassle. I have called representatives about information, waiting for 15 mins or longer each time, and inquiring different information from different reps each time just to be charged 2 months and a maintenance fee so far. Never will I ever enroll in this gym or refer this gym to friends/family.
And I went in there about a month ago and talked to some guy that was a manager and everything cancelled and now I have paperwork to show that was cancelled and once again they are taking fucking money out of my account when it shouldn't be when it's all cancelled so you people need to get your shit together and and your paperwork together this is the worst gym ever I suggest going someplace else or even working out from your own home I even messages to count when they go after I wrote my first review and I did in the people... read more
Great gym smelled like Indians
I love the convenient daycare schedules and the morning daycare ladies. They provide a great positive environment for the kids and my toddler loves going there. The gym itself is ok- some equipment is a tad outdated but I can live with it.
The facility is great really nice equipment and the people are friendly. I've been to other facility's and this by far is the best it's big spacious and clean.
I would like to share my impression and experience at XSport in Chicago Ridge. I was in 5monh long program with personal trainer.I was really lucky to get Adam Fudala as PT.Young but very proffesional ,friendly and dedicated,helpful during the course of workouts. We achieved the goals set while starting. Ask his Manager Ryon to get Adam as your PT Thank you Adam again I wish you good luck and many very satisfied students as myself !!!
