The workers are lazy they never have towels you have to clean your own tanning beds half of them.never worked the management is just cocky and ignorant the place is disgusting glad I quit there money pit

It is messy even at 4 am in the morning. I cannot find weights that I need, and the staff is either shaving, sleeping or on the phone. You would think the gym would be cleaner with only about 10 people working out and a staff of 4 especially at that time. I would expect the gym to look like that in the afternoon when people go after work, but in the early morning. Smh smh. Time to find another gym, after 9 yrs of going to this one it's getting worse!!!!!

I usually go to the state street location but decided to try Chicago Ridge..wont do that again..no smiles or towels offered at the front desk not that clean locker rooms and definetly over crowded had to wait 15 min for my favorite machine..i remember coming 2 years ago and was nicer..

The manager at the front desk (Jen) was extremely rude. I just started getting excited about working out and after my experience with her, I just wanted to leave and cancel my membership. I even told her I would write a review about this and she replied "good." I didn't go back and forth with her, I stayed focus on why I was there but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

The gym was very nice, however the staff member named Chris was really rude when we arrived. we where trying to get a guest pass to check out the gym but he was really rude and not welcoming at all. Other then that the gym is very clean and organized

After 6 months of a membership (a returning member might I add) I had the last straw when they refused to give me a towel because "I don't pay enough for one" I have been given one for my time there and all of sudden it was banned. The gym is usually cluttered with garbage and the weight are never in there spots. After my last workout there I drove to a new gym and signed up that day.
