I love, love, love the Chicago Ridge location and canceled my memebrrship at my other gym after my first visit. There's so many spectacular things about the gym. The front desk smiles when you walk in, the managers are concerned, the staff is so kind and willing to do all they can to make sure you're getting the perfect experience. Lastly, Child's play is an absolute blessing for mom and dads wanting to stay in shape while your kid or kids or being watched... Five star experience!
I had a trainer there for about 6 months, Adam Fudala. He was amazing! He really knows his stuff and pushes you to do the best that you can do! Many times he pushed me past what I thought I could do! Great trainer I would reccomend him to anyone!
Adam Fudala is one heck of a trainer! He always pushed me past my limits to the point that I found myself trying to work that hard on my own time. Adam has helped me push past my mental limits as well as my physical limits. If someone asked me if I would have come this far I wouldn’t be able to imagine it. Adam has so much knowledge to share. He has a lot of patience, and cares about each individual client. He's been awesome!
Their customer service here is horrible. They don't train their employees all the rules in turn don't inform people that sign up of all the info. Make sure to read the small print next time.
Way To much of a sales pitch. They make you sit there for and hour while they very very slowly comedown on their price. In the end he came down from 800 to 69 dollars! What a pane in the ass. If you can offer that in the end just offer it right up front. Reminds me of the con artist salesperson in the 70s & 80s
