Horrible Customer Service. Better yet, Xstudio is stealing money from my account after I cancelled 2 months prior this date.
The gym itself is good, but customer service is horrible, except for Chris he's nice and was willing to help. The girl at the front desk won't even look at you to greet you. When it comes to the spa front desk it's like they're waaaay too busy for you. I stood in front of the desk while the receptionist was on the phone with what seemed to be a personal call. Worst xsport ever. The only reason I go there because the gym is close to my home. I am looking for a different gym. This one is garbage! Smells terrible womens locker room is dirty and it seems like its never gets cleaned..
This place is a dump! I have been a member here for a long time and can't stand coming here anymore. The showers and locker rooms are completely filthy and don't seem to ever get cleaned. I'm honestly afraid to use most things as I fear catching a disease, yes it is that bad! I've complained so have others and so far nothing has changed. It's outrageous they can charge money and provide such a low level of service. Management needs to be held accountable, enough is enough!
