Has the potential to be a great gym. Customer service is shit. Place is always dirty. I’m a social worker and I have seen cleaner drug houses.
This is a nice large gym with a nice crowd which is diversified and has a good vibe to it... most people are there to work out and do just that. The worst things i can see is that the restroom and steam room could be cleaned more often... but the pool, the sauna which i use very often, hot tub are nice and clean. The gym has allot of cardio equipment so if you are in a pinch I have never seen a wait just about all times i went. The only good thing about Xsport nowadays is that it’s open 24 hours 7 days...this club has gone too shit over the past 19 years I been in...lockers and bathrooms are disgusting...most front desk personnel look and act like they don’t want to be there...plus half the time it looks like a high school locker room...too many teens and fights
Where do I start....... Salesmen jay called me a bitch over the phone..... My first day when I was getting a membership the maintenance man was being very disrespectful to a member.... Also when I told the manager nate or wateva his name is about his employee calling me a bitch he didn’t care..... They need to shut that place down...

Rip off for the amount you pay at membership opening, and they failed to mention that the yearly fee is not included in the signup fee. Now I have an unexpected charge on my credit card.
