I have no problem with the gym however the staff at the spa are awful! Every time I go there it’s an issue. From spa services not working that I pay a lot of money for until today when I made an appt for 7 for a wax and the girl tells me sorry your appt was at 6 I told you the girl leaves at 7. The girl was still there and said she wasn’t staying. I rescheduled another appt to come to this one. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Always an issue when I go there.
Employees suck. I don’t recommend them if you like to bring a guest.

I've been a member for about a month and have visited three different clubs. The last couple times have been to chicago ridge. I overlooked the always dirty locker room (trash in the shower stalls, lockers seem to never be cleaned, broken doors on lockers) and several machines are in disrepair (not dangerous, just difficult to use with things like weight labels missing, bike read outs broken or misaligned). So disappointed! My son wanted to join, so I called and told the sales woman what my sons friend joined and gave her details and she said they would honor the price. Next day drag my sick son with me to enroll my older son. I followed up with their general manager twice. He never called me back. So disappointed!!! Even if she’s new, she gave me a price, HONOR YOUR WORDS!!!!
This place deserves 1 star! I went today 02.28.19 because I had an appointment for a massage and it turned out that the therapist was not there! Did not even notify me of any changes! What a joke! I even called last week to make my appointment and whoever this girl at the front desk was did not know what she was doing. Therefore would not recommend this place to anyone!
Recommendedits really nice. I love the equipment and the classes u offer. The gym just need some more ventilation & cleaning because it smells sometimes.
Currently 4 of the 7 men’s showers are out of order. Several have been like this for a while. 2 of the 6 sinks are broken. The Facility Maintenance Mgr for this location needs to be replaced. This is ridiculous. I’m standing in line waiting to take a shower at 630 in the morning.
Most of the machines are out of order as well as the bathrooms in the Women’s locker room.
