I signed up a membership on 11/7/2019 with Max, he lied to me about the cost of the membership. For 2 months I was mis-charged. I finally went through customer service trying to fix all the issues I had. Derrick said he’d order the paperwork to get to the bottom of the issue. When I sent Derrick my copy of the paperwork, Derrick cancelled my membership and refunded me the money I was charged, rather than honor what was told to me when I signed up. RecommendedGreat place to work out. I see a lot of people complain about it not being clean, but it would also help if some people wouldn't be slobs themselves, it doesn't take much to put the empty bottles and paper towels in the garbage.
