The customer service from the M.O.D is very bad.
they screwed up my billing and still haven't resolved it. it's been going on for over11 months now! I would never go back! I'm definitely going to the media and again to the BBB if it's not resolved immediately

The gym needs to be more organized with weights, smell better, and better locker rooms.
1. Charge $39.99 3 times on first month and I have to call corporate for refund, but there is no answer. So I have dispute the charge with my bank. 2. They made it very difficult to cancel (Mon - Fri from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm only) so I have to take one day off to cancel. 3. I canceled the membership but still charging me $39.99, now I have to keep calling or dispute the charge with my bank.
RecommendedI enjoy my time at xsport. I definitely recommend training with Fabian since he introduced me to new workouts that I use on day by day basis Aside from goals he added positive thinking and motivation. Very professional! Thank you!
