False advertisement. Representative promises use of facilities but once you are signed up they restrict and charge cancellation fee.

I signed up for an Xsport membership on May 15. The associate who signed me up told me I would pay $1 for my first month of membership. Seven days later I was charged $39.95. On June 15 I was charged $49. I called the site to speak to a manager and waseft on hold for 11 min. I called back and asked to speak to a manager again. I was given a fake name by the associate. I went to this gym about 4 years ago and they have been harassing me ENDLESSLY ever since. Frequent calls from multiple numbers because I keep blocking them, spamming my phone with texts, emails, voicemails... IT NEVER STOPS. Do not give them your info unless you want to spend the rest of your life begging to be left alone and being harassed. These people are horrible. Pretty dirty and unkept at this location. None of the barbells were on the racks. I Litteraly saw chicken bones in the shower. Wtf eats wings in the gyms shower? Lol. No spray or paper towels to clean off the machines. But, it's close to home and open 24 /7 so I deal.
Staff is rude and unhelpful (one literally picked up a phone call in the middle of my questions about membership services, didn't even say "excuse me" just picked up the phone in the middle of my sentence), machines frequently broken for long periods of time (multiple weeks), overcrowded, unracked weights and assorted other missing equipment so you spend more time doing a scavenger hunt than working out, customer service does not respond when you reach out.
RecommendedIt’s a great gym, a little crowded before 10 pm but I enjoy it. Open 24 hours a day and a great variety of weights and machines. Staff are always nice and say hi, always feel welcome.
RecommendedGo there to workout! plenty of equipment and hours can't be matched. There is never an excuse why you can't make it to Xsport...
