No manger on site I never saw anyone whip off the Machines after they use them I think that was so nasty I think someone should take a look at that

I’ve never had a bad experience since coming here! The people that work here are amazing. Until today! I was at the studio at Chicago ridge when Mary Rankin came is informed us she was teaching a class soon and if we weren't staying we needed to leave. Totally understandable. I got to the studio around 415ish and there was multiple things already left behind. As a young man was using one she asked him to put it away with the rudest attitude ever. The place is great the equipments in good shape the people are always nice the only thing they need to work on is getting rid of the smell in the locker room.
I’m sorry I gotta give u only 1 star bc I went there today to do my workouts and the guy on the front desk told me that only 39.99 members can get a towel REALLY !!! I wish u guys told me that when I signed up . I canceled my membership soon as the guy told me I can’t get a towel
