I'm giving only 2 because of how dirty women's locker rooms and showers are. I've never seen someone accualy cleaning. One day after a water aerobics class, there was a worm on a side of a pool. I talked to the menager, made him go and see how dirty everything is. Nothing changed. I contacted XSport National Director, nothing changed. Dirty towels and garbage on a floor, slimy walls in showers, literally dirt and a dead worm on the bottom of the pool. Giving this facility two stars because of their very poor customer service.... if they would work on, greeting their members in a friendlier manner they would be ok.., if they would treat members better in general. Should always push for great customer service, you never know who will visit your facility.... just take this as a heads up

Really only 39.99 members can get a towel. You could of told me that before I spent over $100 on an initial fee. Half the tv’s on the treadmills don’t work. I hear you remodeled but I don’t see it. No line for protein shake but you still wait 15 min to get one made because the check in person has to make it for you. You will see over 6 workers before someone greets hello or even a smile.
