I have had several pieces of jewellery repaired and remodelled by an exceptional and talented craftsman. Each time I received them back I was astounded, they had been cleaned and polished and looked beautiful. All the staff at Xibit Jewellery are so friendly and very helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I recently won a local competition for a Nomination Bracelet and Charm from Xibit Jewellery and the service was exceptional - the staff were all lovely, welcoming and genuine. As well as purchasing an additional charm we asked about my husbands Nomination bracelet which had started to fray - the owner managed to do a quick repair which has meant the bracelet is now wearable again - thanks so much - the service was above and beyond what we expected x

I was worried I had a loose diamond in my ring and popped in for a quote to have the clasp tightened. The very helpful man took it for a minute, repaired it and cheerfully gave it back without a charge. How refreshing! A great way to guarantee a lifetime customer! He’s also been very helpful to my Brother who needed advice and repair to our Grandads watch. I’d highly recommended this jeweller. Excellent customer care & service. Hope you enjoyed the biscuits

We've known these guys for years. Really superb service from everybody in the shop. Tremendous selection and they are open and honest, coming up with good alternatives to items we are thinking of buying. Really love these guys
