I've been a member at this gym since it first opened, and it really has transformed under the Unite name (so ignore any Xcelerate reviews!). Mehran and his team are all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The gym isn't huge, but there's a wide range of well-maintained equipment - a good mix of cardio and strength. I haven't been able to join many of the classes, but there are plenty on offer, and they always look well-run and well-attended. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a gym in EG.

Unite Fitness East Grinstead is hands down the best gym I've ever been to. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about your progress. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, my favourite part was being able to have a free personal training consultation with the first four weeks being completely free of charge. I Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the east grinstead area.
