Avoid cuz they really need extra training. Done a french style there today which cost £40. Really upset. The surface is lumpy ( can't tell from the pic but in real life very obvious). Nails shape are not done properly--- tips are too wide and fat. French tips are thicker than other parts of nails. The lady clearly needs more training! Very disappointed and upset! Going to get them removed and redone. What a waste of £40!

I’ve been going to X-cellent nails for over a year now and I couldn’t recommend higher to anyone looking to get their nails done in Hitchin, such a lovely team, and so good at what they do! I usually get designs and they’re always happy to do them for me, and the results are always fantastic. Thank you X-Cellent nails 💕

I love coming to get my nails done at X-Cellent! My nails last from visit to visit (they never had before) and it’s so lovely to catch up with them in the shop every couple of weeks.

The best nail salon around! Been going here since they opened over 18 months ago and never had any problems! My nails last over 4/5 weeks. Lovely staff too!

This is my second time getting gels done at X-cellent nails. My friend has been coming for a while and recommended them! Great attention to detail, they were so gentle and I am so so happy with my nails! Really lovely place and I recommend to anyone who’s looking for a new local nail salon.
