W&W helped me to design an engagement ring this year. The whole process from start to finish was incredibly enjoyable and the team brilliantly guided me through designs and choices. W&W turned what could be a daunting decision into a very relaxed discussion and helped shape and develop my idea to a polished final design. The process that W&W works through is great and very supportive. The whole experience was fantastic.
What can I say.. I don't think I have every been able to write a more deserved 5* review in all my time. From a highly professional and careful first meeting to the pin point accurate timeline of ring design and making, I was put at complete ease throughout. Richard and his team truly have the personal touch. The engagement ring they designed and produced for me was beyond fiancée's and I's wildest dreams. Simon and his brother have been brilliant for us over the years. Having provided us with an engagement ring and wedding bands several years ago, more recently, they created a wonderful saphire ring to commemorate an anniversary, and the service was exceptional. From agreeing budget, procuring stones, designing and delivering, the customer service is second to none and the quality of their jewellery is the best. We highly recommend them to everyone!
Simon and the team have a wealth of creative talent, experience and expertise between them; helping me turn a relatively complex idea and broad range of stones into a beautifully unique art-deco engagement ring - in the process, making my fiancée incredibly happy.
