1 star is to many. However, if your insane and enjoy aggravation, time to waste, then renting from WRI is for you.
Just an update to my previous review. Got a call at 2pm on Friday that the work on the house we had secured and have been waiting a month for would be completed on Tuesday. We could move in by the end of the week. Two and a half hours later we get a call from Jared Miller of WRI telling us that the house was sold and we would not be able to move in. They were refunding our deposit, good luck finding another place. They left us on the hook for a month. Wasted our time, we have no where to live, our belongings are in storage... read more
Found a property that we wanted to rent, placed an application and was approved on 4/30, we immediately paid the holding fee of over $2500. Called the "listing agent" Jennifer DiBabbo here in NJ. She stated that she would have to put in for the certificate of occupancy that day. We explained that we needed a move in date of 5/17. We made an appointment with her to view the home that Friday at 1pm. We get there, no realtor. Called her 5 times, no answer. Do not use this company. Absolute scam artists. All they want is your application fee so they can screw you over while by taking your money. Multiple approval letters sent out. Game of hot potato for who pays first and if you’re unlucky enough to have paid your deposit, good luck getting it back.
Do not rent from these people it's a scam they change poloicys in the middle of the month don't send proper paperwork when needed an overall joke of a company i don't see how they can even sleep at night if there was less than zero stars they should get exactly that

absolutely do not rent from these people. what they consider to be acceptable business practice is down right criminal, listen to the negative reviews. I rented a house from them and for 3 months it has been completely embarrassing to have people at my house. it has been a chore to keep the water leaks, damage and sewage back up to a minimum. requesting repairs goes completely ignored. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM (0 out of 5 stars) I have been in the property I'm renting in Johnston, RI from WRI Property Management and it has been an absolute nightmare. Upon my arrival the house was absolutely disgusting and there was no effort made to at the very least have the home clean. I've literally submitted tons of maintenance tickets and sent tons of emails only to have the runaround from the various employees. Nothing about this home is functional and I am in disbelief they would feel comfortable renting this home... read more
