DO NOT RENT from this property management. After emailing and informing this company of late rent, I was told I had to pay by the 25th or I would have to pay 2 months rent. I went online to make my payment. Guess what?! They locked my online account. I was sent in writing, that I had until the 25th of this month to pay. Not one time did anyone on the email chain mention that they had locked my payment method, which I ALWAYS pay online. What is even worse was the rude and nasty employee named Natasha. This company is so unprofessional. I have been trying to request information on several properties that they have listed. I called the listing agents and the office and and I have yet to hear back from anyone. It's going on 3 weeks and several of the properties that I inquired about have been rented and I never even had the opportunity to go to an open house. Terrible Terrible Company. If you are smart and want a safe and secure home to stay in DO NOT go with this company. In May my parents were looking to move into a home closer to Dr's appointments and the city. I came across a beautiful semi remodeled home online. The first thing they do is pressure you into paying the holding fee so they can pull the house off the market. We went by the house checked it out and it seemed pretty decent so we paid the 1850 fee. This company is conniving, unprofessional and in some cases criminal. My gas was turned off in December ( heat, hot water) because before we moved in, it had been turned on illegally. We were threatened with arrest, had to pay the investigative fee, all of the charges since August ( not ours) and a restorative service fee. We were with heat for 6 days during the first cold week if the year. Our first floor flooded for 6 weeks. They continually sent contractors out to get estimates, but no work done. This is by far the worst company I have ever rented from . I have put in maintenance request one after another for 3 months (over something they said would ALREADY be fixed by the time I moved in)... Still not fixed. They are very rude and unprofessional. Very very ignorant to their job . You call to ask a question and they tell you to email, you email and they tell you to call, either way you get no answer. mismanaged. right from the start we had problems. we moved in june 7th, june 20th upstairs a.c quit, almost 4 weeks later and the approval for the part still isnt approved! 80 degrees upstairs

I’m currently renting a house through wripm. They had at least 2 months to prepare the house for us to move in, mind you we were paying rent for the 2 months before we moved in. The day we moved in the house was a hot mess. The carpets were (still are) dirty, old, worn, stained, smelly.. We have complained several times, emailed, called... nothing, not a word from the management. I currently moved in to our new home with the help of Steven O Brien and Jelana Roach. There was a few issues because of a water testing needed to get done twice which stress my family and I for three days but they were able to get it done and able to move me in bc if not my family and I would’ve no where to go till my new house is ready so I’m glad things worked out well. Is there such a thing as no stars? we live next to a property supposedly under Wri Property mgmt. the place is falling apart. lawn never gets mowed, trash everywhere from when they 'supposedly' worked on it, siding is coming loose, this place should be closed down. Either sell it or do something!!!!
