Address is 80 Kinseyville Rd, Nottingham, PA Almost two weeks ago we ran out of water. We contacted the emergency maintenance line last Saturday. They were only able to send out a company Monday. The company was CM Crossan. They tested the pump in our well and said that it had passed and that the well was just drying up. We were about to have rain so the person said to see if that helped and if not they would come back out and lower the pump. It rained and we had very little water for a day or so. I have rented a unit from WRI Property Management for over 1 and 1/2 years. My oven stopped working 3 weeks ago and has not been fixed as of yet. Furthermore when calling the maintenance department I was verbally abused and told that ovens are low priority. As of today I have no idea when or if my oven will be fixed.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! SCAM COMPANY! HOMES ARE BEAUTIFUL ON THE SURFACE, BUT YOU WILL FIND HELL AND THEY WON'T REPAIR ANYTHING

Paid $1,125 "holding fee" for 3303 Comstock Road in Raleigh, NC. A.C. didn't work and backyard was trashed. Took them 37 days from after holding fee was paid (8/6) for them to finally confirm it was fixed (9/12). Denied refund request, even though this was well past both of their own deadlines (20 days from the form completion on 8/11 & 30 days from holding fee on 8/6). This is just the most-relevant information. By far, the worst interaction I have ever had with a company in my entire life.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE , THEY FLIP PROPERTIES FOR BANKS AND NEVER FIX ANY ISSUES RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. HAS COST ME HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.

do not rent from them they put you in these houses been sitting for yrs make repairs on them tell you they arent for sale ever you live in them for 11 months pay on time fix up the yards cause you think your going to be there for a long time making it your home then you get a notice to vacate with 5 foster kids and dont even give you another house to move into they say you have to reapply and turn you down even if you pay on time and had no problems with them and gives you 1/2 months to get out and find a place for 5 kids in... read more

Moved into our house in April, had our first sewer problem in May. We’ve now been in and out of hotels for 5 months. They keep postponing our septic system to be fixed and the raw sewage to be cleaned from our house.
