Do not rent from company. We have lived in our home for less than a year and the issues we have come across are rediculous. We dread having to contact WRI with an issue because it takes forever to get fixed. WRI goes on craigslist looking for people to fix the problems and the people that they send are shady people who don't actually have a business and have no idea what they're doing. Terrible terrible terrible
We have been living in a home with a broken sewer trap for 2 months. Now WRI is threatening eviction because we withheld rent because we are living in a house with sewage in the basement. We are currently staying in a hotel at their expense and getting nothing but BS excuses after contacting the president of the company. I will be hiring a lawyer on Monday. 519 Elm St., Emmaus, PA
Do not due business with these folks! 3472 NW Catawba Port Clinton Ohio WRI has advertised on multiple real estate sites on the property listed above. After paying the required application fee and successfully approved, WRI has told us the property is not available due to needed repairs. WRI should certainly been aware of the properties condition before listing as available. We have been mislead and suffered a hard inquiry to our credit and and 90.00 application for for a property that can not be moved into!!
Where do I start? Without hot water for two months, two refrigerators do not work after 9 months, garage broke with car inside and they didn't want to reimburse me because they felt it wasn't an emergency, numerous plumbing and electrical issues, and one of the maintenance people showed up drunk. I have placed over 40 maintenance tickets in. Such a joke of a company.
DO NOT RENT from them!!! What a complete nightmare. I have never been more stressed in my life than I have been living in this property. The rent is highway robbery and they are terrible about fixing anything. If you try to fix anything yourself you get reprimanded and told not to do it. We are going on 7 weeks with our main toilet not working. The way they do maintenance is baffling. They will never accept responsibility for not taking care of things. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! Moved into a house Feb 1st, and discovered the finished basement flooded on Feb 16th. Have called, emailed, and sent maintenance ticket after maintenance ticket. All they want to do is collect estimates, and do nothing to actually fix the problem. Took two months of calling and emails to even get a guy out to do anything.
