I was really happy with the service and quality; I found a carpet that I liked within budget and was able to get it installed pretty quickly and with little fuss. My radiator was leaking and the installers took special care to protect the carpet from the leak, even though I wasn't there for the installation.
We recently used Woven and Wood for our new antico wood floors, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Woven and Wood in Richmond have been absolutely fantastic. We have used them for our stair and bedroom carpets and we love them. They have a huge sample selection in store, fantastic customer service and great fitting service at the end would highly recommend them.
We had a fantastic experience with them. The carpets we chose for our 2 bedrooms look beautiful and feel great quality. Steve and his son handled the installation and did a brilliant job - professional, efficient, and very tidy. We’re really pleased with the result and would highly recommend them!
