Wot a gem is fantastic name as it is a gem of jewellery stores. The customer service was fantastic and the repair to my cross and chain was quick, excellent repair and excellent price. I would highly recommend to anyone

Went into work a gem after hinds quoted £40 to repair a chain! And it would take up to 2 weeks Wotagem charged £14 and done within a few days! Will definitely be going back there
