Slept in an missed my appointment rang up and apologised the lady dealing with me was nice enough to reschedule my appointment... When it came to having my appointment ordered a taxi got dropped off and was losted no clear signs anywhere... Went in to 3 shops and a pub asking how I get to the worlds end hair ane beauty absolutely no one was helpful. Most unprofessional set up I've ever been too. Turned up on time for my appointment for my hair with Claire. Only to be 20mins behind. To then when I get in the chair, there wasn't a proper consult or chat of what I wanted until I was rushed over to get my hair washed. To then there was a baby crying. I get sometimes it's hard as a mum to juggle work and child but sometimes there's a time and place. I hadn't had a haircut for over a year and thought it was time to get it done and tried out Worlds End as it's down the road. I am so glad I did, the staff were all friendly and Claire was amazing! She complimented my hair a lot (its rather long) and after a stressful week it was just a lovely experience. My hair feels so soft and silky now! I was happy bouncing out the building, they made me feel so good.

The worst haircut I've ever had. Josie did not listen - I asked for CHIN-length and told her I have WAVY hair. She cut way too short & now my hair barely covers my ear lobes even when straight and half the time I look as though I have been dragged through a hedge backwards. There were uneven strands I had to point out she'd missed. My family think is is awful and my daughter says I look like Velma from The Incredibles.
