Construction makes this place pretty chaotic and inconvenient for service right now. First time in, but I probably won’t be back next time. Employees probably hate the conditions right now, so customer service wasn’t great either. Hard to get ahold of my service advisor, and not many are looking to jump in and help.
RecommendedThey need to do a better job of sticking to appointment times or at least acknowledging that someone is waiting. This is the third time I've shown up for my appointment and sat in my car because everyone was busy. I appreciate Amanda taking over for Andrew, she was awesome, genuinely helpful and has a great personality.
RecommendedHit a curb resulting in a flat tire, spare installed by AAA, but needed a new tire. We were visiting Atlanta heading home to NH. Called service on a Saturday and they were so helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for better service! I would definitely recommend them!!
