RecommendedI went in for a routine check up at 45k miles. My concern is the attention to detail. When looking at the receipt the mileage entered was ~46,285. In actuality my mileage was 45,027. This is concerning because if they are unable to complete such a simple task of entering my mileage correctly, how can I guarantee they took the time and completed the other tasks of oil change, and rotating/aligning of my tires seriously. My review is for 1 star but my sales rep Amber gets five. The finance department decided to add a thousand dollar charge to my loan without telling me for one year of tire and wheel protection. Turns out they only patch the tires and do not replace. They sold me a car that needed an oil change as soon as I drove it off the lot and a nail in my back left tire.
